Do I have to pass a test to get my certificate?
Yes. You must attend the class in its entirety and pass the examination at the end of the course to receive a certificate in your name. You only have two attempts to pass the exam.
Is the TNT Academy an accredited organization?
TNT Academy is currently not accredited by an external organization; however, this is in progress and will be updated once completed. It is noteworthy to mention, that all TNT experts have been thoroughly vetted by our leadership team to ensure pristine qualification in facilitating the courses. Our experts are top tiered, credentialed professionals and Ph.D. academics, worked across the province of Ontario, and Canada as a whole. Our experts attain the respective qualifications within their areas of specializations to confidently deliver these courses.
What is your refund policy?
Our refund policy strives to be as fair as possible. Everybody is eligible for a refund as long as it is requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled class commences, this is applicable to individual purchases only.
Will the course be live?
Yes. All courses are synchronous and Instructor-led. This means you will join a webinar at the scheduled time and participate in the live lecture.
How long are these online sessions?
Depending on the subject, these sessions can be up to 6 hours long. Most classes will be within the 2-3 hour range.
Will we have the opportunity to ask the instructors questions?
At the end of the presentation, all students will have the opportunity to ask questions.
What if I pay for the course but I cannot attend?
Please ensure you are available for the scheduled date. These training sessions are scheduled and shared with you well in advance. You are eligible for a full refund as long as you give us more than 24 hour notice.
