If the men and woman serving your agency are the top priority, how are you ensuring that you are promoting that through your words and actions? As a leader in your agency, you are responsible for either contributing to a toxic culture or one that is promoting professionalism and also looking after the well-being of its workforce.
This workshop examines critical leadership skills, ways to implement them, and importantly how resilience (both yours and your workforce) needs to be practiced at all levels.
Be ready – this workshop is interactive and not a lecture-based PowerPoint presentation. You’ll hear from fellow participants, share your own insights, and engage in practices to help further develop your leadership abilities.
This course is for leadership, both uniformed and civilian, of all levels.
