Peter brings thirty-five years of business development experience in resource management, permanent and contract placement, and outsourcing of Information Technology and executive search. In 1984, he founded and established National Executive to offer permanent and contract placement services to Fortune 500 companies across Canada. From 1984 to 2005, as Managing Director, drove business development, trained staff, and established an executive search practice. From 2005 to present, Peter has worked as an independent consultant helping companies with business development and talent acquisition requirements. As a consultant to TNT, Peter’s role is to expand TNT’s Implicit Bias Testing business into the private sector and to establish a DEI recruitment and placement practice.
