Chris Gordon is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager with TNT Justice Consultants, bringing more than 30 years of policing, leadership, investigative, recruitment, and training experience from his career with the Toronto Police Service.
Since joining TNT in 2022, Chris has contributed to consulting initiatives involving police recruitment and selection, organizational review, training, diversity and inclusion, and the modernization of public-safety practices. His work includes project management, stakeholder consultation, research, policy and process review, report development, and the presentation of findings and recommendations to senior leaders.
Chris is also a Professor at Centennial College, where he prepares students for careers in policing and public safety. His areas of expertise include talent acquisition, behavioural interviewing, staff development, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and professional development.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber.
