AJ Balasingham teaches Inclusive Leadership Practices at Centennial College. His courses focus on creating inclusive cultures in the contemporary workplace, intersectionality, change management, and cultural intelligence.
AJ has served as a Police Constable with the Halton Regional Police Service. He is a PhD Candidate in Social and Cultural Analysis at Concordia University, and holds an MPA specializing in Migration and ethnic Relations from the University of Western Ontario
